DFTX Watson , BWCAA No: 7041
Date Of Birth: 10 March 1997 |
My first British White bull, very docile,
and put thick, smaller calves on the ground, and from all the Genestar
testing accomplished to date, it would appear he had excellent markers for
Tenderness and Marbling.

Doc sold to the Tierra Blanca Creek ranch in New Mexico a few years ago, and
I wish he were still here at the ranch, he is missed. He died this
past year in what sounds like a horrible bull fight, he was quite aged at
that point, and it is a sad thing. As well, the new DNA testing for
Tenderness and Marbling of some of Doc's offspring indicate he was as
outstanding under the skin as he was in person.

JWest's Elvis, PB, 4 Gens
This
little guy has it all, very friendly disposition since the day he was born,
well-muscled including the hindquarters, perfect markings, and mostly
blue-skinned, and always easy-keeping through the seasons. His calves
are exhibiting his very docile nature as well as his markings and muscling.
Elvis has been a pet, by his choice rather than mine, since birth, which
proved to be in both our best interests. He's an extremely gentle bull
that has produced outstanding calves in my herd which well reflect
his thickness as well as his gentle nature, and is an excellent choice for a
grass or grain based program.
Genestar results for Elvis: Homozygous to the T1
Tenderness gene, Heterozygous to the T3 Tenderness gene, and Heterozygous
for the QG4 Marbling marker.
Semen is
available on J.West's Elvis.
