Champion Bull De Beauvoir's Huckleberry Finn.

UPDATE: Donna Doll calved Feb
2, and it was a very nice surprise. She's done a great job

and this new heifer, perhaps we'll call her 'Miss May', is a
double granddaughter of J.West's Elvis .

consistently has outstanding sons and daughters, and is herself
a daughter of the very respected carcass bull, Halliburton

sired by El Presidente. Lucy suffered a break in her right
ankle as a 2 year old, she is however quite sound. Lucy Lelora has 7 of 8 DNA
markers for Feed Efficiency with a GPD/Markers of -3.72

is a mild mannered beauty. She has excellent calves,
including her Spring '09 heifer calf pictured here and sired by
Tyson, and being retained in the herd. Jane has very nice
depth of body and spring of ribs, and her Genestar results are
some of the best of breed for marbling
with GPD/Markers of 15.58/
2,0,0,1 and with Tenderness GPD/Markers of -1.5/ 2,0,2. Jane has also had
twins, picking up that trait from her dam, TX Alta.

has matured in to a whale of a cow, she is the product of embryo transfer, and
her sire is Mr NOY 1B, an old sire you don't see in many herds
these days.
She also had outstanding Genestar results for
Tenderness, with GPD/Markers of -1.5/1,1,2
including the hard to find T2 gene. Pictured
below right as well is her Spring '09 heifer calf sired by El
Presidente and being retained in the herd, and quite a welcome
addition. Blackie's calves have also had below average
birth weights.UPDATE: Blackie
palpated 3 months bred for a calf sired by El Presidente,
believe settled to a 9/29/09 breeding by El Presidente for an
early July calf, and hip height measure of ~52.5".

seems like a near perfectly made cow. She's a great
mother, the best of dispositions, and her sire is Popeye.
Pictured below as well is her very nice Spring '09 heifer calf
sired by El Presidente and being retained in the herd.
Sapphire was one of our original British Whites -- she was the
high selling heifer, and in combination with her dam, the
highest selling cow/calf pair at the Halliburton Farms auction.
An excellent Purebred cow to include as the foundation for your
British White herd. UPDATE:
Sapphire palpated 6 months bred for a March/April calf
sired by El Presidente, and hip height measure of ~50.5".
